Who is responsible for your information?

What information is processed?

When you browse the site, the web server and security services may process the network address used for the request, the requested page, date and time, browser and device details, referring page and technical response information. These details help deliver the website, diagnose errors and protect it from abuse.

When you contact us by email, we process your email address and the message details you choose to send so the operator can review and reply. The message may be stored in the sender’s and recipient’s email systems. Please do not send passwords, account credentials, payment details, trading account numbers or sensitive personal information.

Purposes and legal bases

Contact details and message content are used to read, route and answer an enquiry and to follow up where needed. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in managing communications; where you request steps before entering a contract, processing may instead be necessary for those steps. Information may also be processed when necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Technical request and security data are used to operate, maintain and protect the website, based on the controller’s legitimate interest in providing a secure service. No newsletter, behavioural advertising or automated suitability decision is part of this frontend.

Service providers, fonts and other recipients

The website is hosted with Hostinger. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request data to deliver and secure the site. Email transport and mailbox providers may process contact messages to deliver and store them. Public authorities may receive information where disclosure is required by law.

This frontend requests the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts. When the browser requests the stylesheet or font file, Google may receive the visitor’s network address and technical request information needed to deliver it. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The GT10x frontend does not use Google Fonts for analytics or advertising.

Service providers may process information in different countries. Where a transfer is subject to Chapter V of the GDPR, the controller relies on an applicable adequacy decision or other permitted transfer mechanism and safeguards.

Retention

Email enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer the request and any reasonable follow-up, then deleted unless continued retention is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Technical server logs are retained for the period needed for site security and operation under the hosting configuration.

Cookies and similar technology

The GT10x website does not set analytics, advertising or campaign-tracking cookies and does not store a visitor profile in browser storage. WordPress or security functions may use strictly technical cookies when required for an authenticated session or site security. If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking is introduced, it must be disclosed and any required choice requested before it is used.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
